The Final of the National Olympic Knowledge Competition “Rio 2016” was held at the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. Participants had to demonstrate knowledge of various sports, athletes, as well as the results achieved during the last Olympic Games. The competitors competed in four categories: students of primary, middle and secondary schools, as well as in the open category. The aim of the event was not only to popularize sport, but also the idea of fair play and persistence in achieving goals. The ERA Foundation was one of the sponsors of the prizes awarded to the winners of this competition.
